Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver training programs to improve sales and communication skills.
- Conduct needs assessments and create customized training plans.
- Coach and mentor sales teams to improve performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Advanced degree in Sales, Marketing, or Communications.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dollar-based salary + bonus system.
