About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly proactive and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through calls and lead generation
  • Manage incoming inquiries, prepare and present proposals, and close sales
  • Track client interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings and follow up on opportunities
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPI metrics (30+ client calls monthly)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales
  • Technical background with knowledge of Turkish and experience in cold calling
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with CRM experience preferred
  • Ideally fluent in Turkish, with knowledge of English or Russian being a plus

  • Standard working hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (local time)
