Are you a sales professional with a passion for technical sales?
About the OpportunityWe are seeking a highly proactive and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through calls and lead generation
- Manage incoming inquiries, prepare and present proposals, and close sales
- Track client interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and follow up on opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPI metrics (30+ client calls monthly)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales
- Technical background with knowledge of Turkish and experience in cold calling
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with CRM experience preferred
- Ideally fluent in Turkish, with knowledge of English or Russian being a plus
What We Offer:
- Remote, flexible work environment with home office setup
- Standard working hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (local time)
