This is a unique opportunity to work with Amazon's External Fulfilment team as a Central Operations Support Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for remotely supporting the daily operations of sellers, including monitoring metrics, providing on-field support, and managing stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Windows-based applications is highly desirable.
**Responsibilities:**- Remotely monitor the efficient functioning of assigned sites via outbound calls, emails, and coordination with field executives.
- Liaise between field executives/sellers and various internal and external agencies for efficient and timely execution of operations.
- Train and direct sellers for execution and adherence to norms and practices.
