
Retail Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Retail Business Services Vendor Success Program. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth for Amazon Retail TR.
Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with Amazon's vendors and internal stakeholders. You will also be responsible for analyzing data to inform business decisions and identifying areas for process improvement.
Responsibilities include:
- Vendor Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Amazon's vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Utilize negotiation skills to drive vendor growth and improve the overall customer experience.
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Inform business decisions based on data-driven insights.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced level of both English and Turkish languages
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- 5+ years of client or vendor-facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience
