Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
  • Design and execute new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
  • Lead meetings and understand the needs of various departments.
  • Provide best solutions and workarounds for HR organizations of different scales.
  • Identify opportunities and navigate senior decision-makers.
  • Cultivate value by engaging in in-depth conversations with decision-makers about HR transformation strategy needs.
  • Stay updated on product features and offer support to customers during the sales cycle.
Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Prior experience in HR, HR Tech, or SAAS sales is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment while possessing strong emotional intelligence.
  • Passion for testing, assessing, and enhancing outreach efforts, as well as following up to gauge their impact.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven.
  • Capacity to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities and projects.
