The Role

Sales Strategy Execution

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategist to execute sales activities and achieve Business Line Coating & Adhesive Resins targets for Türkiye. This role requires strong technical background, ability to engage in technical discussions with accounts/partners regarding application areas, and excellent communication and cooperation skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute sales activities to achieve business targets.
  • Manage and develop customer relationships that are consistent with growth strategies of the Business Line Coatings & Adhesive Resins.
  • Evaluate and provide updated pricing information to customers, ensuring profit levels are maintained according to company guidelines & pricing matrices.
  • Build and develop positive relationships with customers and distributors in assigned regions as required and appropriate.
  • Contribute new ideas, vision, and information useful for the definition of the sales strategy that will differentiate the company with new and existing customers.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • University degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or industrial engineering.
  • Min. 3-5 years experience in marketing and/or sales, having proved performance results.
  • Profound understanding of financial & marketing techniques, used to evaluate projects/products/market.
  • Strong technical background, ability to engage in technical discussions with accounts/partners regarding application areas.
  • Excellent communication and cooperation skills, a team player with personal initiative.
