The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of financial operations and credit risk management. As a key member of the Gizli team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing credit control policies, analyzing customer credit worthiness, and maintaining accurate accounts receivable records.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement credit control policies, assessing and managing credit risks for new and existing customers.
  • Analyze customer credit worthiness, set credit limits, and ensure adherence to financial risk management guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate accounts receivable records, follow up on overdue payments, and ensure timely collections.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and operation teams to optimize sales financial processes and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports, providing insights into revenue trends, overdue balances, and sales performance.
  • Implement automation and process improvements in financial transactions, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and financial best practices.
  • Work closely with legal and finance teams on dispute resolution, contract terms, and financial agreements.
  • Lead financial audits related to sales revenue, credit control, and risk management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven team management experience.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales finance, credit control, or financial operations.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
  • Experience in order-to-cash, receivables management, and financial planning.
  • Construction accounting and long-term project billing experience is an asset.
  • Proficiency in financial systems such as Oracle, Power BI, etc.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional command of written and spoken English.
