In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with SAP Employee Central for HR processes, data management, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Social Sciences, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in human resources operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
  • Experience in HR policies, compensation & benefits, and performance management.
  • Ability to manage and oversee all HR operational processes effectively.
