About the Position

We are seeking an HR & Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and senior management.

  • Main Tasks:
  • Manage payroll and attendance tracking systems
  • Support new employees during the onboarding process
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date personnel files
  • Contribute to recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews
  • Organize meetings, training sessions, and administrative events
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage correspondence and phone calls
  • Coordinate executive-level agenda and provide administrative support
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Manage office files and records
  • Undertake additional HR and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is beneficial
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
  • Strong record-keeping and organizational abilities
  • Excellent spoken English skills
