About the PositionWe are seeking an HR & Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and senior management.
- Main Tasks:
- Manage payroll and attendance tracking systems
- Support new employees during the onboarding process
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date personnel files
- Contribute to recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews
- Organize meetings, training sessions, and administrative events
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage correspondence and phone calls
- Coordinate executive-level agenda and provide administrative support
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Manage office files and records
- Undertake additional HR and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is beneficial
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Strong record-keeping and organizational abilities
- Excellent spoken English skills
