Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads and build relationships with prospective customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage existing distributors in the region, driving growth and revenue.
- Foster collaboration across industries, including automotive, capital equipment, and energy sectors, to increase market share.
- Promote a 'direct-to-key-end-user' approach to ensure products are specified into key decision-makers.
- Contribute to the development of the brand in the region through effective sales and marketing efforts.
The Successful Applicant
To succeed in this role, you will have a University Degree in Materials, Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering (or Welding Engineer), with at least 5 years of welding sales experience, preferably with a well-known manufacturer. You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and time management abilities, and proficiency in English.
