About the Job

As an Online Sales Strategy Lead at ASUS, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive online sales and enhance customer experience.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with daily decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Online Sales Strategy:
    1. Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales and enhance customer experience.
    2. Align eCommerce goals with overall business objectives.
    3. Oversee the design, functionality, and performance of the company's website.
    4. Ensure the website is user-friendly, secure, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
    5. Manage digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
    6. Analyze marketing data to improve campaign performance and ROI.
    7. Select and manage the online product catalog, including pricing and promotions.
    8. Ensure accurate and compelling product descriptions and images.
    9. Monitor and improve the customer journey on the website.
    10. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
    11. Analyze eCommerce metrics and sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
    12. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.
  • Business Growth:
    1. Responsible for the new product launch on eShop in order to grow business and brand position. Define the launch strategy and plan, get consensus and resources from country managers, and execute with the stakeholders in country /territory/headquarters.
    2. Develop and manage the eCommerce budget, including advertising and promotional spend.
    3. Track expenses and ensure profitability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of eCommerce operation experience.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with daily decision-making.
  • Demonstrating strong drive for results.
  • Knowledge of SEO.
  • Digital Advertising: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other advertisement platforms.
  • Developing and designing OMO and email/repeat customer campaigns.
  • Team player and effective in dealing with ambiguity.
  • Strong business acumen and customer focus.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and evaluating/analyzing large sets of data in Excel.
  • Ability to work under high pressure and to prioritize work deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and high-quality work at all times.
  • No military obligation for male candidates.
  • Interested in PC technologies and market trends.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of eCommerce platforms, web development, and digital marketing tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and customer interaction.
  • Creativity: Innovative thinking to develop engaging marketing campaigns and improve the online shopping experience.
  • Microsoft Office: Excellent in PowerPoint to conduct presentations, and excellent in Excel to run data analysis.
