Business Development Specialist - Online Sales Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist - Online Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth through Amazon's global marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop Sales Strategies: You will develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth through Amazon's global marketplaces.
  2. Manage Seller Pipelines: You will manage a pipeline of prospective sellers, engaging with them to understand their needs and gauge fit with Amazon's services.
  3. Support Seller Onboarding: You will assist sellers during the onboarding process, ensuring they start selling on time according to plan.
  4. Analyze Performance Metrics: You will use metrics to guide your work and increase seller productivity.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • 3+ Years of Experience: You should have at least 3 years of successful sales or account management experience, preferably in e-commerce, B2B sales, or online services.
  • Demonstrated Success: You should have demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative approach.
