We are looking for a Strategic Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships, innovative ideas, and exceptional leadership.

We're a leading global operator in the non-aeronautical airport services sector, with a presence in 41 airports across 19 countries. We manage 88 luxurious lounges worldwide, offering premium services tailored for discerning travelers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies
- Foster strong relationships with clients and partners
- Lead proposal response teams
- Develop commercial, marketing, and financial proposals
- Monitor industry trends and market data
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar area
- Extensive experience with proposal responses to RFPs; project management experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Analytical and solution-oriented, with proficiency in working with numbers
- Ability to meet deadlines with competing priorities while managing multiple projects
