About the Role

As an Account Manager on our Retail Business Services (RBS) Vendor Success Program (VSP) Team, you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy for managing vendor relationships for Amazon Retail. RBS VSP team is looking for a bright, customer-centric, data-driven, and creative candidate to join our team. The successful Account Manager is an effective listener, communicator, and problem-solver with expertise in process optimizations and systems thinking. You will engage directly with Amazon's vendors and multiple internal teams to enable Amazon's vendors' growth on Amazon. You will utilize a wide range of negotiation skills and work across major functional areas to drive the performance of vendor partners at Amazon. In this role, you will focus on growing our business with Amazon vendor partners. Also, you will look into operational aspects of their business with Amazon, root cause analysis of issues and opportunities affecting the vendor's business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and execute pricing strategies.
  • Identify new opportunities across a large number of brands, develop, and execute project plans.
  • Success will be measured by the performance of your tasks and deliverables on input metrics.
