Support Services Specialist

We are seeking a Support Services Specialist to join our Business Services Team at White & Case LLP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to lawyers and managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with lawyers, managers, clients, and visitors to ensure seamless communication and workflow;
- Serve as a liaison between business services and legal staff in the Firm to facilitate collaboration and teamwork;
- Manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results;
- Demonstrate technical skills in using software programs, office equipment, and other tools required for the role;
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives;
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
- Stay organized and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment.
Requirements
- University Degree;
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office;
- Native Turkish and Fluent English;
- Relevant work experience in a dynamic professional environment;
- Comfortable with flexible office hours;
- Experience in a Law Firm or any corporate department dealing with law, regulations, contracts, and/or legal paperwork.
