
Digital Security Sales Leader

Job Overview: As a Cybersecurity Sales Executive at KOBIL GmbH, you will play a critical role in driving growth and revenue through the sale of innovative cybersecurity solutions. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, engaging with potential clients, and establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry partners.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in cybersecurity solutions
- Engage with potential clients through various sales channels, including social media, cold calling, networking, and events
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry partners
- Presentation and demonstration of cybersecurity products and services to clients, addressing their specific business needs
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop tailored sales strategies
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging security technologies
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cybersecurity sales or software security sectors
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity trends, solutions, and market demands
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to leverage modern sales channels and tools (social media, CRM, lead generation platforms)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to driving business growth
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
