Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Ramada Hotel by Wyndham Arnavutköy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the front office department and ensuring that all aspects of guest services are delivered to the highest standard.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the front office team to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction and customer service excellence.
  • Ensure efficient and effective operations of the front office department, including cash handling, foreign exchange, and night audit procedures.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to employees to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Implement processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Front Office Department or a similar position.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
