About This Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Support Officer to join our team at Philips, a health technology company committed to delivering quality healthcare to all. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for creating a resourcing plan and service order fulfillment schedule to optimize resource allocation across service engineers and parts.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement service order fulfillment schedules to meet business obligations and customer demands.
- Manage and dispatch service orders for service engineers, ensuring timely execution and optimal resource utilization.
- Serve as the single point of contact for exception and escalation of service orders, providing professional analysis, registration, communication, and timely escalation.
- Analyze and monitor service execution for workforce utilization, forecasting future needs and adjusting plans accordingly.
Requirements
- Experience in Supply Chain Management or Customer Services, with a focus on process optimization and improvement.
- University Degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Operations Management.
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), as well as experience with case management systems and related tools.
