About This Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Support Officer to join our team at Philips, a health technology company committed to delivering quality healthcare to all. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for creating a resourcing plan and service order fulfillment schedule to optimize resource allocation across service engineers and parts.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement service order fulfillment schedules to meet business obligations and customer demands.
  2. Manage and dispatch service orders for service engineers, ensuring timely execution and optimal resource utilization.
  3. Serve as the single point of contact for exception and escalation of service orders, providing professional analysis, registration, communication, and timely escalation.
  4. Analyze and monitor service execution for workforce utilization, forecasting future needs and adjusting plans accordingly.

Requirements

  1. Experience in Supply Chain Management or Customer Services, with a focus on process optimization and improvement.
  2. University Degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Operations Management.
  3. Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), as well as experience with case management systems and related tools.
