About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Field Operation Support & Service Account Assistant Manager to join our Customer Services Department. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting field operations, managing service key accounts, and driving productivity improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support field operations of the Customer Service Department for Home Appliances and AV products.
  • Manage relationships with service key accounts and negotiate agreements.
  • Oversee all aspects of service procurement processes, administrative works, and expense control of related service accounts.
  • Drive actions to increase field technicians' productivity, service sales income, and reduce costs.
  • Ensure availability of parts, accessories, consumables, and equipment.
  • Control service incomes, administrative, and operational costs.
  • Prepare PnL and budget reports, make forecasts, and cost distributions.
  • Procure and organize required certification and training processes.
  • Organize structural and renovation needs of related service locations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • B.Sc. or Master degree from Business Administration, Engineering Departments, or Economics.
  • Excellent command of verbal and written communications skills in English.
  • 3+ years of experience in multinational companies, preferably in field service operations of Home Appliances or AV products, partner/customer relationship management roles, customer service or sales support with budget and PnL management experience.
  • Good command of MS Office programs and experience in SAP is preferable.
  • Good at multi-tasking, planning, and organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Able to maintain good relationships with other departments of the company and external organizations with strong cross-collaboration skills.
  • Adaptive and entrepreneurial approach: demonstrates flexibility, energy, and initiative in a fast-paced, unpredictable, and matrix business environment.
  • Can work under pressure with tight deadlines and handle escalations calmly and competently.
