
Technical Service Operations Manager

\Helpers ensure the highest level of service quality in our operations. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Fixed Billing Team and develop a strategic approach to billing and charging services. This role requires a strong understanding of telecommunications IT services, with expertise in service incident handling, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience in benchmarking and budgeting, as well as knowledge of SOX, ISO27001, and other related processes, audits, and regulations.\Job Description
\• Develop strategies to streamline and automate customized billing and invoicing processes.\• Manage and inspire the Fixed Billing Team in developing and documenting best practices in the performance of all duties and responsibilities.\• Oversee the development of technical processes for billing and charging services.\• Collaborate across products/vendors and related stakeholders to come up with compelling solutions.\• Ensure achieving/exceeding agreed service levels and KPIs for the Service Support.\• Lead standardization/automation of technical processes.\• Develop and implement efficient billing and charging systems to meet business needs and agreed SLAs.\Required Skills and Qualifications
\• Bachelor's degree from Computer Science, Electronics / Telecommunications or related fields.\• Significant experience on below concepts:\1. Postpaid life cycle,\2. Billing,\3. Mediation,\4. Order Management,\5. Rating,\6. Charging,\7. Dunning,\8. Collection,\9. Payment.\• Strong team management experience in telecommunications IT services.\• Engages people on the direction and goals for team or project and excellent role model.\• High level of expertise in service incident handling, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.\• Experience in benchmarking and budgeting.\Benefits
