Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to join our Fixed Billing operation services team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT and Telco infrastructure, Intelligent Network technologies, billing products, and services, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality service performance and efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert-level technical guidance and support for predicting, diagnosing, reproducing, and fixing Fixed Billing operation service issues.
• Drive end-to-end ownership of the Vodafone customer experience, ensuring high-quality service performance and efficient processes supporting the product/service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address critical issues, performing root cause analysis and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Actively contribute to the troubleshooting, dimensioning, and performance tuning of Fixed Billing products, ensuring optimal infrastructure deployment and maintenance activities.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from Computer Science, Electronics/Telecommunications, or other related fields.
• Significant experience in IT and Telco infrastructure, Intelligent Network technologies, billing products, and services for postpaid, prepaid, and convergent structures.
• High level of expertise in service incident handling, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis, with a strong understanding of statistical Analysis (distribution analysis, correlation, variance).
• Good command of English and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work in flexible work hours under pressure and tight deadlines.
