We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer (Pre-Sales Engineer) to join our team. This individual will leverage their expertise in data platforms to assess customer needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their business requirements. With a strong background in unstructured data, file, and object technologies, this role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, they should have relevant industry certifications and experience working with cloud technologies and operating systems. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their business requirements and identify opportunities for growth.
- Utilize technical expertise to design and deliver creative storage solutions that meet customer business requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers throughout the sales cycle, ensuring seamless execution and maximum ROI.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role with 3–5 years specializing in unstructured data, file, and object technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant industry certifications and experience working with cloud technologies and operating systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
