The Channel Partner Development specialist will be responsible for driving sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with Channel Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing business strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with channel partners and sub-dealers.
  • Providing training and guidance to sales teams within the channel partner.
  • Staying updated with the latest developments in the marketplace and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales-driven position in the IT/technology/electronics/cctv industry and familiarity with the channel market.
  • A solid network within the local channel network.
  • Knowledge of related security manufacturer HW/SW; Hikvision certification will be an advantage.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to listen and tailor presentations to meet customer needs.
  • Fast learner on new products and solutions, able to close deals by discussing specific product and solution requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Turkish, both verbal and written.
  • Persistent and proactive.
