We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Compliance Monitoring and Safety Specialist to join our team at MNG Airlines.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through document review and revision.
  2. Develop and maintain audit checklists and participate in audit processes.
  3. Contribute to certification standards and IOSA audits.
  4. Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Aviation or a related field
  • Upper-intermediate English language skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in aviation, preferably in Ground Operations
  • Knowledge of EU and Turkish DGCA regulations
  • Certifications in Auditing, Quality Assurance, Compliance, or Risk Management are advantageous
  • No travel restrictions
