Job DescriptionCoordinating Capital Financings
  • Execute strategic capital financings projects, such as M&A, bond issuance, and IPO transactions
Preparing Necessary Documentations
  • Prepare documentations and reports for creditors
Evaluating Financial Metrics
  • Evaluate financial/commercial metrics and conduct debt covenant analyses
Cash Flow Budgeting
  • Consolidate cash flow budgeting for group companies
Developing Financial Models
  • Develop financial models for EBITDA and cash flow tracking
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with corporate finance, investment banking, valuation, or financial advisory
  • Well-developed analytical thinking and planning skills, enjoy working with numbers and data, ability to collaborate effectively, and familiarity with financial concepts and terms
  • Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills
