About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Customer Success team in the META region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer success and business growth.

As a Senior Manager, you will oversee a team of Customer Success Managers and Renewal Specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Advisory, PSD, CIS, Education, Technical Support, R&D, and Marketing, to enhance the overall customer experience and drive business results.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, driving customer success, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a team of Customer Success Managers and Renewal Specialists
  2. Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive business growth
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience
  4. Monitor and evaluate new staff during training
  5. Identify internal training needs and make recommendations
