Moneta is seeking a skilled Compensation Specialist to lead its global compensation operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement internal equity and external competitiveness analyses, ensuring the company's positioning analysis aligns with market standards.
  • Coordinate the design and update of salary charts based on organizational policies, maintaining compliance and accuracy.
  • Lead salary review processes, ensuring fair and competitive compensation practices.
  • Draft and update the Firm's compensation policies, reflecting industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and submit the Firm's compensation structure to the Executive Committee for discussion and approval purposes.
  • Provide advisory services regarding compensation, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze and interpret salary and benefit surveys, defining actions based on Firm policies and industry trends.
  • Communicate salary increases to employees and notify relevant areas, maintaining transparency and consistency.
  • Design and propose variable payment plans and schedules, balancing employee needs and business goals.
  • Calculate bonuses, controlling compliance with bonus policies and individual performance levels.
  • Negotiate with consulting companies to secure high-quality survey data and optimize services.
  • Participate in salary payroll budget preparation, controlling and validating booking accuracy.
  • Maintain and implement employee benefits, analyzing acceptance and use levels to optimize their effectiveness.
  • Coordinating and controlling the follow-up and management of additions/deletions and changes in employee benefits.
  • Stay up-to-date with new trends in benefits, conducting feasibility and cost-benefit analyses to develop implementation proposals.
  • Select benefit suppliers and negotiate scope, terms, and costs with them.
  • Evaluate and maintain the accuracy of monthly cost reports, working closely with Finance/ Payroll teams.
  • Lead the Comp & Ben and HR Operations Team, overseeing team members' performance and development.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits management,
  • Advanced analytical skills and ability to interpret data for decision-making,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel); experience with SAP is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of labor regulations, payroll processes, and advanced skills in statistics and mathematical calculations.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
