Due to our future growing plans, Döhler Turkey is looking for a Compensation & Benefit Specialist to be located in our Istanbul Maltepe Office.

Your Role

  • Analyses costs and competitive trends in cash compensation and benefits programs and identifies the company's position.
  • Supports the C&B activities, including job evaluation, base salary review and adjustments across all functions/locations.
  • Within the approved guidelines, prepares proposals on salary changes for new hires, promotions, transfers.
  • Calculates and prepares data for salary increase and annual bonus.
  • Controls, reports, and analyzes the data in SAP HR and Employee Central (EC).
  • Designs compensation packages and bonus programs aligned with the company's strategic objectives when necessary.
  • Manages and tracks the budget process and conducts the monthly budget control process.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or similar departments.
  • Min. 2 years experience (Compensation & Benefits in a multinational company in a similar industry is an asset).
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially strong command of MS Excel is required.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Preferably having knowledge of at least one of the salary methodologies such as Korn Ferry or Mercer, Willis Towers Watson.
  • Experience in HR reporting and analytics processes.
  • Proficient in SAP HR module, with experience in customization and development work.
  • Preferably experienced with SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module.
  • Ability to follow digital innovations and adapt them to the business.
