About the Job

This role involves maintaining a strong understanding of current products and providing excellent customer service.

  • To ensure customers are informed and aware of our products, utilizing effective sales techniques to meet daily sales targets.
  • To carry out work according to company procedures and policies, upholding high standards of personal appearance and presentation.
  • Contributing ideas and suggestions to improve store performance and demonstrating flexibility by supporting management with ad-hoc duties as required.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Maintaining product knowledge and staying up-to-date on new releases.
  2. Providing exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer queries and concerns.
  3. Meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective use of sales techniques and strategies.
  4. Ensuring the store is visually appealing, adhering to visual merchandising standards and maintaining general tidiness and cleanliness.
  5. Supporting the management team in achieving store objectives and contributing to a positive, productive work environment.

Requirements:

This role requires:

  • A minimum high school degree and relevant sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Good English language skills (at least upper intermediate) and adaptability to work varied shifts, including nights.
  • Flexibility to support the store management in other duties as necessary.
