About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in İzmir. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and conducting end-to-end field sales activities, building strong relationships with customers, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Visit customers in the region, assess their stock levels, and create orders accordingly.
  2. Establish and maintain long-term sustainable business relationships with customers.
  3. Perform merchandising activities to promote our products.
  4. Resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  5. Monitor and control equipment processes.
  6. Keep customers informed about upcoming campaigns.
  7. Monitor field activities in relevant markets and identify new customer opportunities.
  8. Take necessary actions to drive market growth, availability, and sales volume.
