About This Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Account Growth Manager to drive sales growth and expand our client base in the End User Sales division at Epson.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and increase sales of Epson's Business Imaging products.
  2. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans to capture them.
  3. Collaborate with the Business Management team to create and implement the Epson go-to-market strategy.
  4. Evaluate potential customers and create tailored account plans to meet their needs and increase Epson's market share.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers, influencers, and partners.
  6. Develop and deliver sales training programs to enhance the skills of Account Executives and other sales team members.
  7. Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline performance, and customer interactions to inform future sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding client bases in a B2B sales environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales technology platforms.
  • Fluent in English and Turkish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
