Job Description:

This role involves developing the skills of telesales representatives to drive business growth in the edtech sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telesales training and experience in the education industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver effective telesales training programs to enhance the performance of new and existing sales representatives.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions to identify areas for improvement and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to develop individual coaching plans and ensure seamless integration of training programs into the overall business strategy.
  • Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to inform future training initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in telesales training, preferably in the edtech or education sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in both English and Turkish is required.
