We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our Nestlé Professional team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributors, and developing sales strategies.

  • Sales planning and execution: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve target sales figures, manage distributor relationships, and maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Market intelligence: Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and trends, and use this insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Leadership and development: Lead, coach, and motivate distributors to achieve their sales potential, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship building.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of sales principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's or master's degree and minimum 2 years of sales experience are preferred.
