Field Sales Representative, European Side

Your mission will be to guide and support our sales teams, build strong relationships with key partners, and drive sales growth through strategic execution.

Operational Roles:

  1. Provide direction and support the partner team to achieve annual sales targets, whilst continuously improving performance and efficiency.
  2. Understand the opportunities within all customer channels, monitor our presence within each channel and maximize our growth opportunities.
  3. Ensure the implementation of the Miele Guidelines in accordance with legislation, company policy, procedures and quality standards.
  4. Work closely with the key stakeholders and the Sales Back Office to ensure accurate forecasting is submitted, including promotional activities and activation plans to deliver the agreed targets.
  5. Ensure high quality, premium presence of the optimal product mix in each type of the POS.
  6. Build a robust relationship with key daily contacts, be a team player, and inspire and develop the ERT & KRT sales team to deliver excellent results.
  7. Support and drive the Partner team to produce business plans which deliver the expected results.

Competencies/Skills for position:

  1. Bachelor/Master preferred (Marketing, Business Administration or of a comparable study program).
  2. 3+ years relevant work experience in retail, sales management and analysis or franchise industry.
  3. Entrepreneurial thinking, analytical skills, motivation, strong commitment and target orientation.
  4. Excellent relationship building and networking skills, demonstrated ability to seek out and establish networking opportunities.
  5. Above average digital skills and insights.
  6. Excellent written and oral communication in local language and English.
  7. Ability to travel nationally to visit dealers, and also internationally to GTZ when required.
