
Sales Account Representative

This role is a 12-month seasonal position with Amazon Marketplace, a fast-growing business where millions of customers transact with hundreds of thousands of Selling Partners. We are seeking self-motivated and results-driven individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment.
Your focus will be on contributing to new acquisitions through prospecting, educating, and recruiting new merchants. You will also work with merchants as an account manager, helping them launch and grow their business on Amazon by ensuring they understand Amazon's products, services, systems, and tools.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential merchants via phone or email.
- Prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to meet/exceed monthly targets.
- Partner with new merchants to provide insights and advice for optimizing their success on Amazon.
- Educate merchants about Amazon's high standards of delivery and customer experience.
- Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems for efficient catalog management.
- Analyze data and trends to tailor pitches and advice for merchants.
- Track and report development results and analyze reports for merchant portfolios.
- 3+ years of professional or military experience.
- Microsoft Office proficiency and experience with CRM tools.
- Prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling experience.
- Data analysis and performance assessment skills.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in eCommerce, retail technology, SaaS, or software industries.
- Phone-based negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Effective communication and persuasion skills.
- Fluent in English and strong analytical skills.
- Pipeline management and sales goal-exceeding experience.
