
Sales Territory Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Professional to join our team. As a Field Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth within a defined territory.
Key responsibilities include:
- Promoting the organization's products and services to achieve sales and revenue targets
- Identifying new business opportunities aligned with the organization's overall market and growth strategy
- Developing and implementing account plans and coordinating resources
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to create higher market perception and gain business from accounts
Requirements:
- Academic degree in life sciences or engineering (higher level of education beneficial)
- Minimum 1 year field sales experience, preferably in laboratory/process based life science
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, results-oriented, capacity to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility
- Good teamwork skills and proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently
- Proven software skills, e.g. Microsoft Office
- Good English language proficiency
