Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Data Center Investment Manager
to support our company's growing investment strategy in artificial intelligence, high-density computing infrastructures, and advanced information technologies. This role requires strong expertise in modern AI infrastructures, data center design, financial feasibility processes, and developing partnerships within the cloud ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will play an active role in both investment and business development functions; manage relationships with global cloud service providers, technology manufacturers, and strategic partners; develop new business models; and contribute to shaping the company's technology roadmap.

Responsibilities

Investment Management & Technical Evaluation

  • Develop strategic planning for data center investments supporting AI, HPC, GPU clusters, and next-generation IT infrastructures
  • Manage technical feasibility, capacity planning, and financial modeling processes
  • Develop investment projects aligned with data center energy infrastructures, cooling technologies, and sustainability criteria
  • Analyze investment opportunities across cloud, edge, hybrid architectures, and distributed systems

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Develop strategic partnerships with global and local cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.)
  • Create business models for commercializing data center capacity
  • Generate new project opportunities with technology vendors, consulting firms, and ecosystem partners
  • Monitor cloud, AI, and IT market trends to support the company's growth strategy
  • Develop infrastructure and investment proposals tailored to customer and partner needs

Operations & Management

  • Manage CAPEX/OPEX processes and provide regular reporting to senior management
  • Coordinate regulatory processes with local authorities and energy providers
  • Ensure project progress aligns with timelines, budgets, and industry standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Proven experience in a data management role
  • Strong knowledge of data management tools, database systems, and SQL
  • Experience in data governance, data quality, and data integration
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Minimum
    7–10 years
    of experience in data centers, cloud technologies, AI infrastructures, or large-scale IT investments
  • Experience in business development, partnership management, or commercial model development with cloud providers
  • Technical knowledge of HPC, GPU infrastructures, AI processing platforms, and modern data center technologies
  • Experience in investment feasibility studies, financial analysis, ROI calculations, and budget management
  • Strong business development, relationship management, and strategic marketing capabilities
  • Analytical mindset, strategic vision, and strong communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in English
