Grade 1 Shadow Teacher

. The Grade 1 Shadow Teacher will support a student in their daily academic and social activities, ensuring their learning needs are met. The role involves guiding the student through classroom tasks, helping them stay engaged, and collaborating with the classroom teacher to provide personalized assistance while fostering their independence over time.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be residing in
Türkiye
to be considered, preferably in
Esenyurt, Büyükçekmece, or Beylikdüzü. - Applicants must hold a
valid Turkish residence or work permit. - Fluency in
English
(both spoken and written) is required. - Proven experience working with students with
learning or behavioral difficulties
. - Experience in teaching, elementary education, and curriculum development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with young learners and supporting their educational growth
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field is an advantage
