Job Description:

We are seeking a

to lead our sales efforts in Turkey while also managing clients across MENA, Europe, and London. This strategic role requires a dynamic professional who can drive revenue growth, develop innovative advertising solutions, and establish strong relationships with clients in diverse markets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Leadership
    : Drive sales and revenue growth in Turkey while managing and nurturing relationships with clients across MENA, Europe, and London.
  • Revenue Ownership
    : Take full responsibility for achieving and exceeding sales targets in all assigned regions.
  • Client-Centric Solutions
    : Develop and deliver tailored advertising and Adtech solutions to meet the unique needs of clients in various markets.
  • Territorial Expansion
    : Identify opportunities to grow business in new regions and establish a strong presence in international markets.
  • Cross-Market Expertise
    : Leverage insights into cultural, market-specific, and industry trends to optimize strategies for different regions.
  • Strategic Planning
    : Craft and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and capitalise on global advertising trends.

  • Experience working across multiple territories, with an understanding of regional market dynamics, especially in Turkey, MENA, and Europe.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills tailored to diverse clients and markets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools.
