  • Du bist das Herzstück unserer Marketing-Automatisierung und sorgst dafür, dass HubSpot als zentrales Tool für Lead-Generierung, Nurturing und Kundenkommunikation optimal eingesetzt wird
  • Du denkst Marketing-Automatisierung ganzheitlich: Strukturen schaffen, Prozesse optimieren und nachhaltige Lösungen entwickeln
  • Du befähigst Kolleg:innen, HubSpot effektiv zu nutzen - durch Beratung, Schulungen und die Entwicklung klarer Standards und Best Practices
  • Du testest neue Features, bewertest Add-ons und Funktionen und leitest daraus innovative Konzepte ab, wie wir HubSpot künftig noch effizienter nutzen können
  • Du optimierst Schnittstellen zwischen HubSpot und anderen Systemen (z. B. SAP CRM, Webinartools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) und stellst sicher, dass Datenqualität und Prozesse reibungslos ineinandergreifen
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Marketing, Sales, IT und externen Partnern zusammen, steuerst Dienstleister:innen und begleitest technische Umsetzungen bis zur erfolgreichen Einführung
  • Dabei agierst du als Product Owner für HubSpot: Du hast den Überblick über Anforderungen, priorisierst Themen und stellst sicher, dass Business- und Technikseite optimal zusammenspielen

Das zeichnet dich aus:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der administrativen, technischen und konzeptionellen Betreuung von HubSpot, idealerweise in einer Enterprise-Umgebung mit mehreren Hubs - insbesondere Marketing Hub, gerne auch Sales Hub, Content Hub und Data Hub
  • Du arbeitest strategisch und analytisch: Du entwickelst Lösungen, Konzepte und Optimierungen - statt nur Aufgaben abzuarbeiten
  • Du beobachtest Trends und testest proaktiv neue Funktionen, leitest daraus konkrete Verbesserungsvorschläge ab und treibst deren Umsetzung eigenständig voran - inklusive der Bewertung der Wirtschaftlichkeit (z. B. mittels ROI-Rechnung)
  • Du verfügst über technisches Verständnis im Bereich APIs, Datenmanagement, Webtechnologien und bringst idealerweise einen Entwicklungs-Background (z. B. HTML/CSS, Datenbanken, Automatisierungen) mit
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Schnittstellen & Tools (SAP CRM, Webinartools, Content-Management, Mediatools wie AWS/ImgIX) sind ein Plus)
  • Du kannst KPIs definieren, Dashboards entwickeln und ROI-Betrachtungen durchführen, um datenbasiert zu argumentieren
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und trittst als Berater:in und Enabler:in auf - du unterstützt die Fachbereiche dabei, HubSpot optimal zu nutzen, und sorgst für Wissensaufbau im gesamten Team
  • Du bringst mindestens 3 - 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marketing Technology/Marketing Automation mit - idealerweise ergänzt durch ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor) 
  • Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Englisch
