Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated, highly experienced and results-driven
Marketplaces Expert
to lead and scale our presence across key international and domestic e-commerce marketplaces. This is a critical role within our Marketing department, responsible for strategy execution, performance optimization, and driving significant revenue growth through our 3rd party channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Performance Ownership:
Develop and execute the end-to-end marketplace strategy for major platforms including
e.g., Amazon, eBay, Eventbrite.
Own the P&L, sales targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketplace channels.
- Listing & Content Optimization (SEO/Conversion):
Implement advanced SEO techniques (keyword research, competitor analysis) to maximize organic visibility and continuously optimize all product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, imagery, A+ Content) to improve conversion rates (CR).
- Advertising & Promotions:
Strategically plan, execute, and manage marketplace advertising campaigns (e.g., Sponsored Products, Brand Ads, Deals & Vouchers). Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and overall profitability.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
Utilize internal and external analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Seller Central reports) to track sales, traffic, conversion, and competitive landscapes. Provide detailed weekly/monthly performance reports and actionable insights to senior management.
- Operational Excellence:
Oversee operational health metrics (Seller Rating, ODR, shipment performance). Work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless inventory, fulfillment, and accounting processes.
- Market Expansion:
Identify and evaluate new domestic and international marketplace opportunities for brand expansion, including preparing business cases and coordinating successful platform onboarding.
- Pricing & Competition:
Monitor competitor pricing and promotional activities; develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge while safeguarding profit margins.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on, high-volume experience
managing and growing sales on major e-commerce marketplaces (mandatory).
- Expert-level proficiency
with marketplace advertising consoles and demonstrated success in maximizing ROAS.
- Proven ability to drive SEO/CRO improvements specifically within the marketplace environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in
MS Excel/Google Sheets
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and data visualization tools.
- Excellent command of the
English language, both written and verbal
, for international communication and high-quality content creation.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with ERP systems and marketplace integration tools is a strong plus.
