Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Marketing and Sales Expert (English / Turkish) located in Maslak, Istanbul.

We're looking for a bright, proactive and creative professional to join our passionate team. What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As our Marketing and Sales Expert, you'll play a hands-on role in shaping our digital presence and driving sales. Your responsibilities will include:

• Digital Advertising:

Support the planning, execution, and optimization of our online advertising efforts.
- Social Media Marketing:

Develop and manage engaging social media posts as well as ad campaigns specifically for platforms like
Instagram

and
TikTok

, exploring other potential digital mediums.
- Content Creation and Campaigns:

Brainstorm and develop fresh, innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and promotional content that resonate with our target audience.
- Artist & Influencer Relations:

Communicate and collaborate with Turkish and international artists and influencers. Identify photographers, videographers, and organize photo/video shoots for our social media content.
- Market Research & Analysis:

Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform our strategies. Analyze post performance and engagement metrics.
- Sales Support:

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals and support lead generation.
- Social Media Presence and External Engagement:

Proactively seek and use every possible opportunity to engage with artists and influencers to visibly promote Artköy in our dedicated social media pages and build crucial networking relationships.
- Problem-Solving:

Identify and address challenges related to our marketing and sales initiatives, proposing effective solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in English (Fluent):

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for our global-facing business.

- Practical Experience:

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing and social media management. Having copywriting and storytelling skills is a significant plus.

- Interest in Art:

Appreciation for visual aesthetics, creativity, and artistic expression.
