About the Role

A leading international technology company operating in the secure digital solutions industry is seeking a
Sales and Marketing Manager
to join its dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with international technical teams to present and implement end-to-end solutions to customers.
  • Act as a solution-oriented partner by developing alternative approaches that positively influence customers' purchasing decisions.
  • Demonstrate the technical aspects of solutions and respond to customer questions and feedback.
  • Gather customer requirements and coordinate implementation or development teams accordingly.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure product and service sales to
    financial institutions and non-financial organizations
    in line with annual sales targets.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to expand and strengthen the client portfolio.
  • Ensure order and delivery processes are completed within the scope of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Perform data analysis and research to define target customer groups and market segments.
  • Stay up to date with evolving marketing strategies and contribute to marketing communication activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration
    ,
    Economics
    , or a related field.
  • 8–10 years
    of professional experience in
    sales and marketing
    .
  • Excellent command of
    English
    (both written and spoken).
  • No military obligation
    for male candidates.
  • Willingness to travel
    domestically and internationally.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid understanding of
    sales processes
    ,

    commercial targets
    .
