We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team at our Headquarters located in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul—someone who wants to add value to our brand and be part of our story, possessing the qualifications listed below.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduated from relevant university departments,
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing (brand, brand communication, product) management positions,
  • At least 3 years of team management experience,
  • Skilled in managing creative, media, and digital agencies,
  • Proficient in MS Office programs with strong presentation skills,
  • Able to think strategically and creatively to produce solutions,
  • Result-oriented, proactive, and able to act quickly,
  • Strong team player with leadership abilities,
  • Values work discipline,
  • Advanced level of English.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Taking full ownership of all marketing processes of the company,
  • Leading the development of marketing strategies in line with defined goals,
  • Creating and managing the marketing budget,
  • Contributing to brand-related sales volume, profitability, and market share targets,
  • Carrying out category management activities,
  • Ensuring the preparation of annual marketing communication strategies and activity plans in line with company KPI's,
  • Owning all digital marketing processes and managing internal teams and agencies in accordance with company priorities,
  • Supporting new product and product development processes,
  • Leading and collaborating on joint projects with the R&D department,
  • Identifying strategic brand partnership opportunities and ensuring their planning and execution,
  • Providing recommendations for customer-specific marketing activities,
  • Closely collaborating with Trade Marketing to contribute to sales growth.
