As a result of expanding our organization at Istanbul office, we are currently looking for Logistics (Equipment) Officer to join our fast growing and challenging organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage stock optimization and equipment flows to support commercial activities of a determined geographical area with a cost-oriented approach,
  • Consolidate and provide reports for equipment forecasts & availability, organize empty repositioning,
  • Control & follow-up of container tracking performance,
  • Track & monitor containers' idle, empty status,
  • Manage on-time, proactive, and accurate communication flow with internal and external stakeholders,
  • Able to support process improvement activities.

Qualifications:

  • University degree, preferably in Logistics Management,
  • At most 1-2 years of experience in the field of shipping & logistics,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Very good in follow-up,
  • Customer-oriented,
  • Self-motivated and dedicated to work,
  • Result-oriented,
  • Strong planning and organizational skills,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially in Excel).
