Scope of Responsibility:

The Customer Engagement Manager is responsible for effectively developing collaborative partnerships with internal & external customers. The primary accountabilities of the role include building and maintaining customer service relations while managing the resolution of on-time delivery, returns, and claim issues.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the highest level of Customer Service is provided to our Customers through the development and maintenance of Order Fulfillment Best Practices.
  2. Accountable for the Customer Service Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and working with the entire Supply Chain and Sales organizations to maximize results.
  3. Interface with customer buyers as well as Colgate Customer Development, Finance, Demand, Logistics functions to enforce Sales Policies, resolve issues, and align service and financial strategies.
  4. Work with systems support personnel to ensure greater utilization of SAP throughout the Customer Service & Logistics organization.
  5. Accountable for adhering to Colgate-Palmolive, and governmental guidelines related to Quality, and Regulatory.
  6. Executes Customer Service strategy necessary to support future business growth.

Required Qualifications:

  1. A Bachelor's Degree
  2. Minimum 8 years of customer service experience at a multinational FMCG company
  3. Prior experience in managing a team
  4. SAP knowledge is a must
  5. Fluent in Turkish and English
