We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce, fostering a positive culture, and driving organizational success.

As Junior Human Resources Manager, you will have responsibilities such as:

  1. Leading and managing the full recruiting lifecycle, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent that aligns with our company culture and values.
  2. Collaborating with department managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and implement effective sourcing strategies.
  3. Developing and executing comprehensive onboarding programs to integrate new hires seamlessly into the organization.
  4. Fostering a positive onboarding experience that aligns with our culture and values, ensuring new employees are set up for success from day one.
  5. Effectively managing the HR budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and align with organizational goals.
  6. Implementing and maintaining systems for tracking employee data, including performance, attendance, and other relevant metrics.
  7. Managing dismissal processes professionally and ethically, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  8. Conducting exit interviews, analyzing feedback, and developing action plans to address employee concerns and enhance employee satisfaction.
  9. Collaborating with the Brand team to manage and enhance our corporate LinkedIn page.

What about you?

  1. Minimum 3 years experience in talent acquisition and business partnership.
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  4. Proficiency in English in both written and verbal communication.
