Are you enthusiastic about online advertising and emerging technologies? Would you like to join one of the most innovative tech companies? As a Customer Care Advisor, you will support our client and expand your knowledge in online advertising within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

As part of a team supporting various product lines, you will provide reactive support through phone, email, and chat, focusing on troubleshooting and efficient issue resolution for small and medium business clients. Your daily activities will include:

  1. Offering optimal advice on various inquiries from business clients.
  2. Building meaningful relationships with key decision-makers in the marketing industry and acting as a consultant for their online advertising strategies.
  3. Understanding client business goals to align them with appropriate online advertising solutions.
  4. Providing strategic campaign support to educate clients.
  5. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.
Requirements:
  1. Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.
  2. EU Passport or Portuguese work permit.
  3. Excellent spoken Turkish and English skills.
Training Program:

A robust training program for all new employees is essential for building a successful career.

  1. Duration: 4 weeks of classroom training, followed by 1 additional week of nesting.
  2. Language: Training conducted in English.
  3. Hours: 8 hours per day, with start times varying between 08:30 and 09:30, depending on your group.

During training, you will gain insight into your future role, including:

  1. Integration into the Teleperformance Portugal team.
  2. Training on new computer software programs.
  3. Comprehensive product training covering the client's products and services.
  4. Customer management training for phone, email, and chat interactions.
  5. On-the-job training to implement learned skills independently.
Compensation:

On your first day, you will sign a preliminary contract for the first 60 working days, during which you will receive training to prepare you for the job. Upon successful completion, you will transition to a 12-month contract. Please note: if you terminate the training early, no compensation will be provided, and additional training-related expenses will not be refunded.

Working Hours:

40 hours per week (8 hours per day plus a lunch break) on a rotational shift pattern from Sunday to Thursday, operating from 07:00 to 17:00 local business hours.

Holidays:

As you will support the Turkish market, the holidays of that respective market will apply. If you work on a Turkish public holiday, you will receive an extra compensation day to be used later, pending project consent. Holiday entitlement follows Portuguese law, granting 22 days per year.
