We are hiring a Sales Training and Development Manager

What does a Sales Training and Development Manager do at Anadolu Efes?

  • Design Process Management: By modeling training management with a focus on the complex processes specific to the retail sector, the Sales Training and Development Manager designs and oversees the management of these processes.
  • Develop Training Programs: Evaluates processes in terms of performance and efficiency to design training programs that meet the expectations of all front-line sales stakeholders.
  • Coordinate Software Development: Translates training process designs into software lists, evaluates and designs necessary software requirements, coordinates with software resources to ensure their development, and manages testing and deployment processes.
  • Increase Digitization: Works to increase the digitization rate of training processes.
  • Plan On-the-Job Training: Plans and coordinates on-the-job training for all new sales personnel, including Anadolu Efes sales representatives, merchandising display representatives, direct sales personnel, distributor/wholesaler sales representatives, distributors, and supplier employees.
  • Manage Sales Training Team: In coordination with Human Resources, manages, tracks, and creates development plans for the sales training team in line with company requirements.
  • Control Budgets and Expenses: Monitors and controls the training and development budgets and expenses of the Sales Training and Development department. Plans and coordinates the procurement of training sets, consultancy, and materials when necessary.
  • Evaluate Training Efficiency: Organizes measurement reports to examine the efficiency of training. Coordinates the updating of content or creation of new content as needed after measuring efficiency.
  • Prepare Annual Training Plans: Prepares annual training plans and updates training following personnel changes or new hires. Coordinates and tracks the communication of training plans to relevant departments and distributor/wholesaler teams.
  • Research New Technologies: Researches or commissions research on new technologies and resources in line with evolving and changing conditions. Investigates the training and development activities of other companies, maintains communication, and informs the Sales Operations and Business Development Directorate.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing: Works in close coordination with the directorates and departments within the Sales and Marketing Directorates, provides support for necessary on-the-job training, and plans and implements training for sales points and relevant personnel.
  • Coordinate Training Events: Coordinates invitations, training rooms, attendees, accommodation, and catering for training and development events in the regions with supplier companies.
  • Ensure Compliance: Carries out all these fundamental functions in accordance with any sectoral regulations and decisions that the company is subject to, including competition regulations and board decisions.

  • Experienced in areas such as Training Planning, Training Effectiveness Measurement, Learning & Development Strategy
