We are looking for a Helpdesk Specialist for our growing Technology team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field,
- Minimum 2 years of helpdesk experience,
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills,
- Experience with MS Office program,
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry,
- Experience in the payment or e-commerce sector is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve end user requests,
- Responsible for peripheral equipment installation processes,
- Provide support for internal systems,
- Track hardware inventory management and stock control.
